Tells you why a job can't fit–

Tell us your rules. We keep them.

Every cleaning business runs differently.

Notebook, spreadsheet or Jobber. Weekly, biweekly or one-off. 5 cleaners or 50. Some details written down, most in your head. We work with what you have, and plan around all of it.

Always kept every time. When possible kept whenever the week allows. If a job can't fit, we tell you which rule blocked it.

How can it be this much better?

Fair question. You've planned your schedule for years.

You plan one cleaner at a time. That's how people work. But 6 cleaners and 31 homes can be arranged in billions of ways. Nobody can check them all by hand, so good options get missed.
We plan everyone at once. Our software checks millions of options in seconds. Every one must keep your rules: same cleaner for regulars, keys, pets, working hours, "before noon". Drive times come from real roads.
It's maths, not guesswork. The same kind of planning that routes supermarket delivery trucks and airline crews. Not a chatbot guessing. A person checks every plan before you get it.
You can check it yourself. You see your driving time next to ours, on your own homes. If a job can't fit, we tell you why. Judge it before you pay anything.

Question 1 of 4

How many cleaners do you have?

Questions

Is my client list safe?

Yes. We only use it to plan your week. We never contact your clients, and we never share or sell your list.

Do I have to send everything every week?

No. We keep your client list. Each Thursday we ask what changed. Reply by text or email, that's it.

What do I need to send?

For each client: the address, how long the clean takes, and any time window ("before noon"). If you know it: who usually cleans there, who must never go there, and who holds the key.

For each cleaner: the days and hours they work, and any time off. If you know it: their weekly hours and any special skills, like deep cleans.

Missing something? Send what you have. We'll ask for the rest.

Do you handle team cleans?

Yes. Tell us how many cleaners each job needs and we plan them together.

My schedule is in a notebook. Does that work?

Yes. Take a photo and upload it. A spreadsheet or a Jobber export works too.

Do I or my cleaners need a new app?

No. You keep what you use now. You get one page per cleaner, in visit order, to forward or print.

Will my regulars keep their cleaner?

Yes. Same cleaner, same home, unless it's impossible. If a client has to change cleaner, we tell you which one and why.

Keys, pets, allergies, time windows?

Tell us once and we plan around them. Jobs that need a key go to whoever holds it. "Before noon" stays before noon.

Can I change the plan?

Yes. Tell us which jobs must stay with a cleaner or a time, and we plan around them. You always have the final say.

What if a cleaner calls in sick?

Send us a message and we update the rest of the week, the same day. Coming soon: automatic re-plans within the hour, sent straight to your team.

What if a job doesn't fit?

We don't hide it. You get a short list of the jobs that didn't fit and the reason for each, so you know who to call.

How do you know our roads and traffic?

Drive times come from real road maps, not straight lines on a map.

Is this legit? How can you beat a schedule I've done for years?

You know your clients better than anyone. What's hard is fitting everyone together. You plan one cleaner at a time; our software plans all of them at once, checking millions of options against your rules. You see your driving time next to ours on your own homes before you pay.

Is this just AI guessing?

No. It's optimisation maths, the kind used to plan supermarket deliveries and airline crews. Every rule you give us is checked, not guessed. A person reviews every plan before it reaches you.

Who makes the plan?

Software built by our co-founder, a PhD in planning maths who built routing engines for one of the UK's largest supermarkets and a UK van marketplace. A person checks every plan before it reaches you.

When do I get my first plan?

We're taking our first companies now. We email you within one business day to set up a short call about how you work, then your first plans start in November. After that, every week's plan arrives within 24 hours.

I have fewer than 5 cleaners. Is it for me?

Probably not yet. Small teams can usually plan by hand. It pays off from about 5 cleaners.

What happens after the free week?

Nothing, unless you want more. To get every week planned, it's $69 a month for up to 20 cleaners or $149 for 21 to 50, if you sign up by 30 November (then $99 and $199). You keep the founding price as long as you stay. No contract, cancel any time.

What if the monthly plan isn't worth it?

Tell us, and that month is free. No forms. No arguing.
