SweepSorted is run by OPTMS. This page explains what we collect and why. Last updated 18 October 2026.

What we collect

Your answers to our short form (company size, what you clean, where your schedule lives), your name and email, any schedule files, links or notes you send us, and basic visit data (which ad or link brought you here, your browser type).

Why

To plan your cleaning schedule and to contact you about it. Nothing else.

What we never do

We never contact your clients or your cleaners. We never sell or rent your data.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare (database and file storage). Only our team can see it.

Advertising

We may use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads work. It records that someone visited or filled in the form, not what you uploaded.

Deleting your data

Email una@optms.co.uk and we will delete everything you sent us, usually within 7 days.
